When Cold No Throttle, When Warm major bog when going to WOT. Tune and Log attached

Hello, Goodmorning everyone. Hoping to be able to help my friend out and give him an idea what to change in his tune to solve this issue.

    p01 computer
    6.0 LS N/A Motor

when the engine is cold he has no throttle response at all with his cable driven throttle body and when its up to operating temperature he has a major bog when trying to got WOT. in the log file you can see he hits the throttle and TPS goes to 100%, the commanded AFR goes down but the actual AFR stays up in the high 15s or so and injector duty cycle doesn't change and you can actually see the rpm go down( the bog). we can do the basics if anyone can give us an idea of what table we need to be looking at. im assuming something to do with transient fueling or something along those lines? thanks in advance for the help it is greatly appreciated.tunefile.hptlog.hpl

Why is the engine RPM not moving if you peg the throttle wide open?

Is the throttle blade even moving when you do this? Is the air intake being sucked closed and choking the engine out??

Things I saw in the tune, someone changed the cylinder volume to make it a 408 cubic inch motor. That is way larger than the 6.0 you said it was.

It has 70ish lb/hr injectors, is that true?

    How is fuel pressure?

The o2 sensors don't really show any movement either.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
