Those Continenetal content sensors really are pretty sketchy. They are not reading the amount of ethanol, they are reading the amount of gasoline and subtracting, so anything that is not gasoline will be calculated as ethanol, even tap water.
I have looked into it and it seems plausible to steal the data from a 3.6 Flex tune and load it into a 5.7 or 6.4 once the patch is applied, but I have not tried it yet.
I still need to upgrade the fuel system to the point that it could add enough fuel for E85. I don't beleive the stock injectors on a 6.4 are up to the task.
