2012 GT500 Rev Hang - "Tip-Out Limit - torque source"

This GT500 has an intermittent rev hang. When it does it it logs Tip-Out Torque Limit and rev hangs at 5k+ RPM. I am unsure the reason for this and want to sort it before I continue tuning. I have attached a log file and tuning file.

[ECM] 44770 - Torque Module: Master enable/disable for Torque based control actions. Turn this back on. From experience, GT500's will do very wacky stuff with this torque module switch disabled.

Also ensure to get your torque tables dialed in and get the IPC error down close to zero as possible.
