There's a 2002 OS used in SUV's that can do it. It's 12216125. That's a P01...all P01's have IAC drivers.
The P59 is the newer ECM...I've never personally run into it, but I've heard some of them do not have IAC drivers present on the circuit board...for all I know some of the 2003-2006 trucks I've tuned are this way...but I never tried to convert them. A good OS to use from a P59 is a flex fuel 5.3...say from an Avalanche.

2005 Silverado RCSB. Forged 370 LQ9/Borg-Forced Inductions T6 S484/Jake's Stage 4 4L80E with D3 Brake/4WD.

Do you really have to opened them up to see if there is an IAC driver on board or is there a service number that would tell you this?

I honestly don't know...if you turn off the ETC in the System Options table and the IAC isn't responsive...then I guess there's no driver. Like I said I've never personally run into it, so I don't know for sure.

Part number 12586243 is what you're looking for, 1mb p59 pcm. 4l80e, flex fuel, IAC, and analog AC compatible OS's available.
Can you post a read from one of them?
These are the only P59 PCMs that have IAC drivers. Service number and hardware number must match exactly.

Why not a 411 controller with a tahoe flex fuel vin? I am using one now with a 80e segment and 2bar OS with a new style sensor.
actually 603 has more in common with with 12592425, all segments are same size and locations. As for the 4l80 segment, of the 8 o/s's that I know of for 2004 only one is not interchangeable with the others.
I have attached 12216125 o/s.
