Went to update firmware, I made a mistake HELP!

2018 GT, I had firmware 262, I went to load firmware 315 and I stupidly deleted the old firmware. Now I cannot get it to update at all. Stuck on main load screen saying ? cannot find firmware 262 etc?
What do I do now? Waiting to hear back from support and my Tuner.

E-motion products makes the nguage. They post the firmware on their support site. Go to http://e-motionproducts.com/updates/...IRMWARE-262.ng and it should prompt you to download the firmware. The current one listed on the site is 299, but I changed it to 262 in testing and it did download. So, they are just showing the latest version.

Anyway, once downloaded, pull the SD card out of your nguage, OR connect your nguage via USB to mini-USB and copy the downloaded file to the root directory on the nguage. You have to tell it to mount the SD. not sure where that is off the top of my head. Under diagnostics I believe.

Once you have the file copied over, it should boot fine.

Never delete a older firmware version from the sd card just drag and drop the newest and when you hit update it will use the latest.
