HPT cannot change the VIN, however there are other tools that can.

Does anybody in this forum offer the service to change a VIN number on a used from donor 2018 5.7 challenger PCM? I would also need help to understand how to manage the mileage matching PCM/cluster after that.

Believe the AlfaOBD software and the OBDLink MX+ dongle can perform the VIN change. Haven't tried it myself, but it is listed in the AlfaOBD software as doable.
