Yes I have a WB O2. I didn't pay close enough attention to my WB readings. In the beginning I felt it and thought it was mechanical and, of course, was worried. But once that was ruled out here we are.

Next time your out watch that o2 and let me know if you see the spike like I do. I might try what you mentioned here on lunch.

Which tables exactly are you talking about when you sayd dynamic airflow gain?

no dice on the populated reversion and dynamic gain tables. Made my car very jerky and the lean spot is still there. I even tried just the reversion table, but that didn't work either. The short log below is with both the reversion and dyn. gain tables populated with ZL1 values. If you go to 4:38 you can the populated tables actually gave me MORE lean spots instead of getting rid of them.....maybe there's something to that. You can see the three humps

Hmm, does seem your spikes are happening more often, 1600, 2200 and 2500rpms. Not only that but the spikes happen are few hundred rpms different now sometimes. I see it at 2700 rpms instead of 2500rpms on the end of the log. This is the 1st time ive seen a change from a change in the tune.

Scott- Compare the files I sent you from 6.22 and compare to 5.31. Those are the most recent changes that made the difference for me.

Sorry guys. I've changed so many things from stock that it wouldn't be worth it to post the tune I am using.

Jay- PM me your email addy and I can send you the tune if you want to see it.

I remember I already did the zl1 tables like you did and it ran so bad I just immediately pulled over and flashed back. I didnt even look at the log.

Nope, not yet. Ghuggins gave me another suggestion, but I haven't had time to try it yet

I have an 09 CTSV, I dont have any lean issues around 2500. Maybe you can find what youre looking for in my tune, i'll post it when i get to work. Also, if you see something that you believe to be wrong, please dont hesitate to let me know.

Sure, I'll take a look. Do you have a log confirmation that there isn't a lean issue? Reason I'm asking is that during WOT you won't feel it (at least I don't feel it during a WOT pull).

I'm sure I have a WOT pull somewhere. I'm gonna throw it on the dyno tomorrow and I'll be able to grab one for you.Attachment 134461

What modifications do you have. Everything from what kind of intake to size and brand injectors would help. Thanks!

I am guessing you will have the lean spot since you have ID850 injectors. My theory is that the spray pattern of the factory LSA injectors is different than other factory (and aftermarket) fuel injector spray patterns. Presumably this could be overcome with a transient fueling correction...but...this one hasn't been solved yet, so who knows.
A standard approach will give you standard results.
