Adding PIDs for EGTs on LWN

Is it possible to add the PIDs/channels for the EGT sensors available on the 2.8L Duramax? I can read them with my OBD2 gauge but can't find any exhaust temps in the VCM Scanner.

I am also having trouble relating the engine fuel rate PID in the scanner to fuel volume in the torque based fuel table in the editor along with torque. What do I need to do to correct the fuel flow and calculate the torque used by the ECM for torque in lb/ft?... Any help would be appreciated.
