I wouldn't go over 100mph to be honest.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.
If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
Determine the critical speed using the estimated wall thickness and length of the driveshaft. Engine speed/gear ratio = driveshaft rpm.
So probably 5th is my guess.
