2005 F150 Screw 4x4 5.4 3V

Someone has asked me to bump up the idle RPM slightly in the subject truck. I'm not a Ford person, so is there anything else these 3V's like while I'm in there? It's completely stock and not quite 100k miles.

A lot of people end up with bigger than stock tires so I go in and set the tire revs per mile for their current tires and max out (or set reasonably) N/V Max Learned

You can go through the full tuning process, there are gains in power, economy and drivability to be had (if that's what the customer wants). I would assume it's the same as a 3v mustang, how much time do you want to put into it?
