Bloody Abuse mode (safety mode)!!!!!

Tried tuning my mates 05 Monaro in speed density mode today.

As soon as you go WOT the car just shuts down (the throttle just closes no matter what you do). After this happens it won't let you go over 20% throttle position (bloody electronic throttle). You can clear DTCs and its fixed but nail it and it happens again.
I have tried everything, (changed abuse mode settings, zeroed TM timing, you name it).

You can do anything you like with the maf still connected but as soon as you try speed density mode this stuff happens.
