What specific questions do you have? I'll be more then willing to answer any questions about the product.

currently we use EFILIVE for GM tuning. We have a chevy Cobalt SS in here in need of tuning...which is where your software comes in. I want to know what software I need to buy to be able to tune all the chevys...and maybe later on the dodge line.
Both our Standard($499) & Pro($649) interfaces Can tune the cobalt SS you speak of. And both packages will be able to tune Dodge just fine in the future as well. The Difference is just the hardware, not the editing/scanning software. The pro gives you standalone datalogging of up to 1hr 30 mins and adds 4 analog inputs & 2 outputs. Both Std & Pro come with enough credits to tune up to 4 pcm locked vehicles.
Our credit structure allows you to add credits via the customer login page at any time.
Our supported vehicles page http://www.hptuners.com/products/vcmsuite_vehicles.php gives you a breakdown of how many credits for each pcm locked/year-model locked/tunershop package we offer.
We currently do not offer any I4 tunershop pricing, only year/model locks & pcm lock pricing.
We offer support for so many chevy vehicles though it would be best to determine your market, purchase x amount of bulk credits up front & license them as you go.

we currently don't have a phone support system, hopefully sometime next year we'll have something in place.

so if I buy the pro system it will work for all your supported chevys...or just that model?
It will work on all those cars listed on the supported page
for instance these are the vehicles I currently have on my MPVI pro that I've tuned.

so which one would you recommend and how much are the credits
1-99 credits purchased at one time are $49.99 eachOriginally Posted by WNCSPEED

150-199 credits purchased at one time are $35.99 each
200+ credits purchased at one time are $30.99 each
as to which one to buy I always recommend the pro version...the standalone logging feature of over an hour of data can help tremendosly when trying to diagnose drivability issues such as a converter locking & unlocking, or missfires or what have you...just hop in the vehicle go for a drive & hit the record button...at the problem point hit the record button again & it will add a marker into the scan so that you can view where the problem was & under what circumbstances it occured which can be invaluble.
Add to that the ability to log a wideband right into the scanner with the pro version it makes tuning your maf/ve/ifr tables as simple as using our copy/paste special feature to add or subract the fuel needed to get the tune spot on.

anyway to track when the tuning software will be arriving

Once you receive your application Key you know it was either shipped the day prior or the day OF receiving it. All packages ship from Orlando, Fl via UPS so depending on how close or how far you are from Orlando determines how long UPS will take to get it to you.

I ordered on Thursday, and we are about 550 miles away. Any guess on if it will arrive tommorow?
did you receive your application key via email? If so, when?

That means it probably hasnt shipped as of yet, if you need more precise details I suggest contacting sales at hptuners dot com for up to the minute information concerning your order.
Thanks
