How do I get rid of large negative fuel trims?

Nothing mechanically wrong with the vehicle.
On logging I have -20 to -30 short term fuel trims.
The long term fuel trims are also creeping up on the negative side.
For someone whom does not know tuning, me, can you give me the easiest way to get rid of these large negative fuel trims?
Step by step including which tables to use.
    Thanks in advance.

i followed this to graph the lt+st and modify as needed (usually VE if your injector data is good), https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rhg5NSh8Dq8

i pull the pcm fuse for 10s and that resets the LT to zero.

Your injector data needs to be correct.
If in doubt, multiply everything by 1.1.
