Having problems connecting to my C6

I attempt to connect and receive the following error message:

The green light on the cable is lit up...

The interface was not found or is not responding. Verify it is connected properly and that the vehicle diagognostic port has lost power.

what were you trtying to do? A read? A write? Connect with the scanner? Have you been able to connect before?
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

the instructions that come with your application key tell you exactly what you need to do...but if for some reason you didn't get the memo heres the "How to install the software" portion of our help file http://www.hptuners.com/help/getting...stallation.htm which covers how to install the drivers
