Ripp supercharged gladiator

Rich AF (10.4) under PE
wont shift under throttle past 2nd gear. Can't get to shift at all past 4th

Not sure what I'm missing
Came from another shop with a new revision from Ripp which turned out to be a stock file. They wouldn't provide injector or MAP info, so I bought a startup tune from them. Got the jeep running better, but am fighting the shifting (or lack thereof) issue

Any Ideas what I'm overlooking?

I broke down and reached out to RIPP. Seems the tune it showed up to my shop with was a stock tune. Ripp got me set up with the proper fuel injector data and MAP data. Still having a few issues, but I believe I'm heading in the correct direction
