    My hard drive crashed

    My hard drive crashed so what did I loose and what to do next???

    Just re-install the software and re-sync your licenses per the popup you receive when you load vcm editor or vcm scanner for the first time.

    thats it.

    Will it use 3 more credits to relicense.......it came with 8?

    the licenses are stored in your hardware dongle not your software
    It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

    No....you can install it on more than one computer
