"You do not have a license for this file" error message

I have used HP Tuners lots before but recently my laptop had to be completely wiped so I had to re-download hpt and the scanner. Since then, I cannot save, upload, or download any files.
I have the correct key typed in and it works on another laptop. I have the HPT box plugged in and the light comes on when I try to save a file but it doesn't seem to acknowledge that it's plugged in.

I included the two error messages i get, one before the other, as well as all the files in my hpt drivers folder. Maybe I don't have the right drivers or they're in the wrong spot?

    Any help is appreciated.

Your device isn't recognized, you probably do not have the drivers installed properly from the looks of it. You do NOT put driver files into your hptuners folder, thats not how drivers work.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
