    VE Tuning Question

In process of adjusting the VE tables to get my STFT+LTFT values closer to the more ideal +10 to -10 range on my 6.1L supercharged hemi.

I write the new tune, cycle the ignition key off/on twice to be safe and then disconnect the battery for a couple minutes to erase the old LTFT values.

I then start and drive the car which drives fine.

My question is: How long or far must I drive and/or how many heat up/cool down cycles are necessary before I get valid STFT+LTFT tables to check my progress??? (I graph each bank RPM vs P-Ratio.)

    Guess I had a second question: What's with the odd RPM values on the VE tables??? (416, 607, 800, 1088, 1600, 1984, 2489, 2991, 3495, etc.)

    Thanks

No need to disconnect the battery you can reset the trims with the VCM scanner. RPMs in graph should match whats in the VE file sometimes they are odd numbers. Set the cell count to 5 in the graph settings and take it for a long drive. Once it starts logging LTFT then take it for a drive.
    5-10 miles should be good.

I ll be at max 2%.
I log when Im on longer tours, so the trims get as close as they can.
I think the rest is doing by ANN tuning from HP.

I've already set the STFT+LTFT graphs to the RPM values on the VE tables. Wanted to be sure I'd be comparing "apples to apples".

f.creek-ranch --> The 6.1L Hemi has ANN DISABLED so it doesn't come into play here. Germany, it that your current service post???

    yes , germany.
im not sure, if we are talking about the same.
in closed loop the O2s are using the fuel trims to regulate.
In open loop the ve table set the values.
so use the fuel trims to set the injector data right.
then use a wb to log for the ve table
