Check TCM fuses. If you tried to read the ECM before, sometimes the TCM doesn't reset. If so, disconnect the battery ground for 10 seconds and try reading it again.

    a. what transmission is it? If its an allison you cannot tune it yet.
    b. if its not an allison read the file back out with 2.2.0
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

I've had the same problem with many 07 NBS single cabs but only the ones with traction control.

    4L80e is a 4 speed, hence the 4 portion before the L80

if its a 6 speed it means its an LBZ/LMM allison controller which we do not yet support which is why our software will not read out the file until it is supported.

Yah i thought that some of the new trucks have a 6 speed, didn't know it was allison based. If it is in fact a 6l80E trans, shouldn't that be supported?

It is because we do not yet support the LBZ/LMM tcm, if you run into an issue with a 4 speed truck not reading let me know.

His Denali has the same transmission as my Sierra Denali. It's the 6L80E. HPT supports my TCM and several other guys on this board with this truck.

Markislive had an issue like this and the only way he could get it back to normal, was by doing a write entire with the stock tune file. Then he was back in business.
