Do a difference from your stock to the new injectors (bigger injector = smaller CLPAM) to get the ratio (eg 28 to 34's = 0.82 multiplier to the CLPAM.

    63 P/U
    Forged bottom end
    Stock LS6 heads
    XER 223/228 108/108
    Stock LS6 intake
    Stock TB
    Stock pulley
    Stock 4L80E (stock verter)
    Power steering (no AC)
    Edelbrock 1 3/4 - 1 7/8
    3" X-pipe
    8.5" 10bolt with 3.73's
    275/50/15

    Config File: http://73-ls1.com/63truck/MPG_Cruise.cfg
    Log: http://73-ls1.com/63truck/Back.hpl

Please ignore the Wideband on this log. My LC-1 needs frequent free air testing and last night it decided to be a pain. Any ideas on the MPG?

I feel like I am missing something really obvious here. I tried loading up the MPG_Cruise config here, and still my MPG PID says its missing a parameter. Obviously, it works for this guy... wth?

Quick queston on "psuedo lean cruise".

I have a 05 CTS-V and copied the lean cruise and moved torque management from 350 to 640. From central Ohio to Philly, pa I got 30 going out and 28 MPG on return on a stock V. Should I turn off the rear 02 or does the lean cruise setup work for both 02's together?

I get mid to upper 30's in a C5 with headers and no cats with similar changes. Got to love it!

    Thanks,

    Norm

As far as I know the rear O2's only monitor the cats. They have no effect on fueling. Unless I suppose you get into a cat overtemp situation?

EC.. I forgot to say thanks on the CLPAM.

Changed the set up however, ABS haeds and Trex. I found a tune Scott had posted for the Rex. I'm in SD as his tune but renabled Ltrims. My wideband took a dump (sending it back). Still gets about 10mpg but can't verify AF. I have had to play with Ltrims and right now are pretty close to where they should be at cruise. Once I get the WB back I'll probably renable DFCO and change the O2 switching points. Hopefully that get's me more then the 10mpg I am seeing. I have a 150 mile trip on the 27th to the track. 2 1/2 tanks of gas would suck

Where is this in the scanner or what is it labeled. I might be blind though.

Not there, you have to infer it or create a table. It's simply your MAF airflow value at cruise.

Super73 I was looking at your files.
I could not see your MPG in the .cfg file.
If WB is correct that explains your bad gas milage, you running very rich.
I would adjust the VE table a tad. atleast in the cuising rpms
    MAF 20-45 and RPM 1200-2400

AFR ranged from low-10's to mid-11's, and the AFR error ranged from negative 11-31% in the last log you posted. Where was it showing 14-15 AFR, and why wasn't it matching what was being captured into HPT?

Please ignore the wideband readings at this time on my logs.. The LC1 needs to go back for a new one. Both A2D's are fried in the box. When it was working properly I had a solid mid 14 AFR. L-trims are all in the relm of -3 to -1 currently. Swapped to a 180* T-stat from my 160* and I'm at 9.5-10.1... I have not played with O2 switching points yet. I wanted to wait until my wideband was up again.

What effect will it have leaving the high table vvalue stock and lowering the first value to 375 with interpolation in between to make a smooth transition between the low to high switching voltage?

I take it this won't affect WOT throttle mixture as that is open loop only correct?

It could on cars that carry negative fuel trims in WOT.

What if my numbers in each block are already lower than the ones in your graph? I am trying to improve the mileage in my 2004 Tahoe.

if its not working then you are missing something while logging
must log all of those parameters...

I have an updated one now too..takes into account IAT and ECT..

    [SENS.20]/(([PID.6210]*0.132276)*[SENS.112]*[SENS.70]*8/(6175*(((([SENS.11]+[sens.10])/2)+273.15)/299.8167)))

this should get you MPG..and should compensate a little for fuel temperature a little bit..cause fuel weighs different amounts at different temperatures

seems to be accurate in my car...
works perfect..last 4 tanks have been all within .5 of dead on for me...

    basically its
    [MPH]/(([Injector Flow Rate]*0.132276)*[InjectorPulse Width]*[RPM]*8/(6175*(((([IAT]+[ECT])/2)+273.15)/299.8167)))

with everything converted so that the units match appropriately

    You Must Log:
    Vehicle SPEED
    Injector Flow Rate
    Injector Pulse Width
    Engine SPEED
    IAT
    ECT
I created this in my Scanner and it wont work on my 2004 4.8L Tahoe....any ideas?

Any ideas? Tried it in a 04 GTO as well and doesnt work. I have checked and rechecked and cant understand why it wont work. I even followed the video on how to make custom ones to make sure I did it right.
