    04 F150 scanning

    I can't scan. The door dinger just stays on after "connecting." Am I doing something wrong?

    Post a vcm suite infolog while connected to the vehicle in question minus your serial number & application key.
    It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
