Has it been tuned already by someone else? Maybe it is locked.

Have you tried contacting support? Seeing that 08' LMM's aren't on the supported vehicles list yet it might be a good idea to do so

Ok, and this is the email I sent you back YESTERDAY before you even posted here

Just need a vcm suite infolog so I know where I need to post the update to.
The update has been ready since you emailed me but without knowing your serial number I have no way of knowing where to send it.

Even just your serial number would be enough in this case, I just need to know where to upload the update to though

I think the problem may be the return info@excessivems email address so I've fowarded the info to your yahoo account as well in hopes that you'll receive the email on at least one of the two

I tried to tune a 08... Same problem

I have to send in the info once I return from my trip but I had the same issue. Could not edit on the 08 Chevy DurimaxDeisel.

Anything else that would cause this? Somthing I did wrong?

When will it be a supported vehicle and what's the patch for making it work?

    Thanks,
    Scott~

The cal you sent us was a new one from GM, one that we hadn't yet seen, I'm working on getting you an update.

Its nothing you or we did wrong, just means its a new cal nobody else has sent us until now, we've already added about a 1/2 dozen other cals, this one just happens to be new, it happens.
