Application Key

Hey Guys,

I never got my Application Key for my VCM Suite. I tried registering on the site as it says in the Sticky with no luck. It doesnt like my S/N + Email combination. So I sent an email to support but being that it is the holidays I doubt I will get a response. Anyone have any ideas?

It sounds like Support couldn't help. They said it was a problem in sales. Now I have to wait until after the holidays as they are running at minimum staff! I would imaging if I were to buy one today they would take the order...

I should have planned a little further ahead for a start up on the car this weekend. If it doesn't happen it just means I'll have a break from it for a few days over the New Years week! I've been pushing pretty hard on trying finishing it up, probably could use the break anyway.

Jay just sent me the Application Key I need. I'll give it a try a little later today.
Now the pressure is really on me to get it going! No excuses now...

I had to manually click the "send Application Key" link to get mine sent to me... but that worked within minutes after I waited for over 4 hours to get it sent to me after the original letter... so there might be a backup or email server problem that is slowing things down.

I think I'm having the same issue, the account creation page doesnt like my S/N email address combo. I sent an email to sales, but should I have sent it to support instead?
