    ford scanner pids

I am new to using HPTuners, have used it to tune a supercharged H3 and a LS2 with a blower in a pickup and was very happy but I have looked at 2 dfferent fords and the edditor looks like it will work good but I was unable to view a lot of pids that are available with my other tuning software and are needed IE fuel pump duty cycle and injector duty cycle, there were a lot more but those 2 come to mind. Did I do something wrong or are there not many pids that work yet ?

Wasn't clear that the problem is viewing pids with the scanner, it doesnt support a lot of the pids that I can view with my other tuning software. Am I doing something wrong or can we get more ??

There aren't that many PIDs avaliable... it makes tuning these fords a real pain in the ass...

No the pids are there - just not with HPT and if I cant tell what the fuel pump duty cycle or injector duty cycle is then I dont know if I am at the limit of the system and sense I am at 5000 ft if my customer goes down in elevation there may not be enough fuel. I need more of the pids to do a good job so at this point I cant use the HPT scanner and I really liked it for the GM's. Any more in the works ?

I was told by e-mail that they are working on adding additional PID's to the scanner for future releases. Specifically MPID's which will allow for faster data rates as well as a better selection. Not sure when we'll see it though.
