Stage 2 AFR in 06 Cobalt SS S/C real lean?

Acording to my fuel multiplier vs rpm I'm commanding at richest a 12.5 and up.

And this is a stage 2 GM tune untouched!
    Isn't this really lean?
And richening up increase my power?
Sorry I'm a noob at this and thanks to the replies!

You'e commanding that, stick a wideband in there and see 10.8:1 no joke. It really bugs me when people think they're seeing the correct AFR without a wideband. You honestly shouldn't even be trying to tune without one.

So in that case the commanding AFR is not doing any thing?
I plan to get a wideband soon I'm just learning all this step by step. So how do I adjust my afr? Thanks for the help.

You don't adjust your AFR per say, you adjust tables and modifiers.
