what can cause bank 1 to be way lean and bank 2 to be rich? if the injector pw are the same between banks?

Is this only at idle or during acceleration also? My first though it either a bad O2 sensor or a vacuum leak

here is a log. i have more vacuum now at idle then before. by about 2"s i put the wideband on both banks and it confirmed it. if i could get bank one to equal bank 2 i think it would be fine.

I found my problem.
My exhaust had a pin hole leak right at Bank 2
O2 sensor.
Welded it up and fixed the problem.
Now it idles at 14.6 on bank 1&2.
