Running very lean on cold starts - log attached

Most every part of my fueling is correct on my car except for the first 45 seconds to a minute that my car is starting in the morning. I'm also getting a loud screeching noise that varies DIRECTLY with the IAC count.

    1. Could anyone assist me in figuring out a way to get my startup fueling so my commanded matches desired?

    2. Any tips to quell the IAC from making tha tnoise?

need tunes and logs. The sound may be a maxed out IAC.

it's possible the lean spots are from the OLFA table, might need to be higher (if it is happening in OL).

Is there any way to correct the issue by fixing fueling or do I have to just command more fuel?

Also, i have another problem now where the car won't idle right. Back to the drawing board...

Were you able to determine anything from my log and tune about my IAC and that noise?

I have not had a chance to look. It was just a guess if the IAC was wide open it could make a loud sucking noise.

Mine runs very lean on idel from time to time as well, not sure what is going on. The enrichment is from the OLFA during startup correct, it is commanding like mid 12's to 13's but it is idleing at 18 at some points???

Even when in OL it will idle at roughly 14.7 and then the next time i stop it might idle at 16, then 18, then back to 15....just not sure what to scan to determine what is going on here. part throttle and wide open are spot on.

My IAC count, if i recall, starts at like 185 and the noise goes away when it hits about 165

if it is coming from around the TB, chances are it is just the airflow noise.
