Not really sure what you are asking for specifically or for what year/make/model vehicle you are asking for? Are you asking about wot fueling er...?
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

For my car a 2000 Corvette..

Isn't there a table where I can set the throttle position at WOT?

I am trying to slow my car down for index racing & was told setting the throttle position down to 70% from 100% (WOT) would do it..

Also, where do I find the table if I want to pull timing @ WOT?

High & low octane spark tables.

Not sure if there is a way to set an ultimate TPS position for your specific application.

Nope.. Haven't done 1 thing yet..

Can't seem to get a straight answer from anyone on here..
They all tell you WHAT to do, but NOT HOW to do it..

I don't know anything. All I want to do is be able to make certain minor tweaks at certain times.

I'm obviously a MN6 guy but I have read about this approach:

Open the Editor> File> Open and your tune. At the top tool bar hit the Trans. The Transmission table will open up. There are three columns Part Throttle Shift, Full throttle Shift Speed and Full Throttle Shift RPM. Each has three tables Normal, Perf, Hot.

Experiment with setting the Full Throttle RPM to some lesser RPM. Run through the gears noticing what the Vehicle speed is about 800 RPMS before where you set the specific shift point RPM's. Enter that speed into the appropriate Full throttle Speed Normal table. Copy the values to the Perf and Hot tables.

Again I haven't ever tried this, so you will need to experiment. Hopefully someone will chime in and help.

Try opening your file & looking around, you will only learn by doing.

To answer your question they would be in your file Under Engine-Spark Control-Spark Advance pretty straight forward.
