Tuning for Larger Fuel Injectors

Assume all other variables remain the same, only larger fuel injectors
have been installed. Does anyone have a before/after tune? I will be
going with a MPFI setup in my S10 and will need to adjust the tune for
only a fuel injector size change. If someone has a decent before/after
I'm interested in reverse engineering so I can learn what I'm looking for.
(I'm my case I'm going from 23# to 60# MotoTrons on a 4.3 S10.)

Also, what should I scan for post-swap so that I can tweak the tune?

I'm asking in here because I'm not getting an answer in the V6 group.

For now, yes. I'm swapping intakes so I can get a MPFI setup
with larger injectors. (Once that's done, I'm installing a turbo.)
But I want to figure out what I need to adjust in order to just
run the larger injectors, in an otherwise stock truck.

I sometimes learn better by reverse engineering, so that's why
I'm curious to see a before/after tune, so I can see where I'm
going to need to start and what better questions to ask.
