I'm new to this stuff. I purchased the pro edition and the home tuner class as well. I'm trying to explain to my wife the $1000 is a good deal. They say I have to install an O2 wideband sensor? I'm confused. I am trying to initially tune an 05 Avalanche. What else do I need? Thanks in advance
I guess it depends on your goals, budget & current understanding of gas engines. Think about the shops that spend $40+k on a dyno or $10k on a Horbita wideband.

I'm reading in the "Quick Start Guide" of the "Tuning the Right Way" page 9 "Wideband O2 Hardware Installation". Do I need to purchase this or is this something I'll want as I get more into the tuning process?
