Have you tried failing the maf sensor?
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

I have not tried failing the MAF sensor. I am not doing a SD tune just yet. I just wanted to add the 3 bar MAP sensor to read my boost for the moment and somehow my car went rich. I am going to add the MAF PID like suggested and see what it says..

Before you go any farther & damage your engine please read this http://www.hptuners.com/help/vcm_edi...ters_gm_os.htm

    Specifcally the part that says:

    2bar and 3bar MAP - Speed Density (GenIII V8)
This enhancement contains the following features:
    • 2bar MAP sensor support (calibration capability for GM 0-5V linear MAP sensors)
    • Retains 5 kPa resolution in non-boost regions (2bar pre 04/05)
    • 5 kPa resolution in boost regions (2bar pre 04/05)
    • 10 kPa resolution in boost regions (2bar and 3bar post 04/05)
    • secondary VE table not used (if applicable)
    • New MAP referenced "Boost Enrich" table
    • New openloop MAP threshold
    • Dual (High and Low Octane) Spark table support
    • Speed Density mode only
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

Turned MAF off. Running SD now.. The learning curve is going to take a while..
