Newb... Boost isn't getting past 3psi

Before I put the 42lb injectors I was running 6lb boost off the whipple. I got rid of the craptronics and put the injectors then the truck ran like crap. So i went off Bills starter guides and tuned out the VE table. The truck runs better but I cant get my boost up.

That error comes up because you are not following the instructions in the help file http://www.hptuners.com/help/vcm_edi...ters_gm_os.htm
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

If any codes are set within the Whipple module, the boost will be limited. Install resistors in place of the Whipple injectors.

well I removed the craptronics completely. I figured out what I was doing wrong and got the 2bar OS working but the truck wouldnt run on it. It would briefly start then nothing else.

If you'd like more help you might want to post the 2 bar OS file that you loaded.

today I was reading and playing with the tunes and came up with this. My truck ran like a beast for about 2min. then died, and would not restart.

Why aren't you failing the maf on a speed density custom operating system?

I thought that was just to tune the VE tables then your reenable it. So I should just leave it off?

Our Speed Density custom OS's are meant to be run in Speed Density mode.

tried a few things today and truck ran extremely wierd. It didnt want to idle and A/C almost killed it at lowered rpm's.

the low boost problem is going to be the boost bypass solenoid. when you pulled of the piggyback stuff it causes the solenoid to stay open letting boost into the bypass valve and holds it open. disconnect the vac. line from under the front of the blower and cap off the fitting, should take care of it.
