Also what is the difference between AFR hi and low Res. Being with where I live the 160 thermo. is not going to happen, I ran one it at first and didnt like the fact that it didnt blow any heat in the winter. Also I wish it was as simple as just removing the housing to change it out but on mine the blower has to come off etc. The blower mount covers the top thermo. cover bolt..It was a ingenious design.

No, you enable closed loop & the DFCO AFTER the tune is finished. I put the PE TPS % back to 90 since the boost enrichment will enable at 110 map kpa. This will help fuel mileage as well.

Hi res will read to 2 decimal places, the low res will read to 1 decimal. I want to see if the commanded AFR will then display as 14.68 when not in PE, your scan was showing 14.6?

I have a 2 customers that run a 160*F stat all year. The heater output is less, but it also can be -40* in the winter up here! Running your truck that hot is costing HP and you will be able to advance the spark more with a 160* stat.

Ya I know, but I guess its one of the things I have decided to live with. Hell before I built this custom Air to Air intercooler I was only seeing 12 degrees at WO. Right now it will take more timing with no KR but I have it on the safe side. If I decided to push it any further I would upgrade to 60lb inj. and Pulley down but I am trying to bring this to a stopping point, just want to get it tuned good. I have another project in mind. I have had the WO timing up to 21 before with no KR.

AFR is commanding 14.68, but now that I know what hi res does Ill change it.

I am still confused about the whole CL OL thing when in SD. I thought It would always be open loop?

Another thing that I am sure you are aware of but, mine doesnt like as much timing as other setups because of the wieght. 6417 with me in it, I am 175. I see what you are saying about TPS% but my thoughts were if that was the case if I was on a uphill with a trailer or something behind it it is not uncommon for me to be at -1 to 0" vacuum for extended periods. Wouldnt that have me running at 14.7 still with the TPS% that high? Unless I got it up beyond 110Kpa to enable boost enrich? Cruising down the highway with a load behind me I can hit boost at 35%TPS.

Update- I seemed to have gotten my issues straightened out, RussK- you twisted my arm on the 160 stat, I put one in today. Started out with +1 degree more timing across the board with the exeption of 1.20 g 4800rpm and higher. How much more timing can typically be added? It seems to run around 178-180 now with the 160 stat. Before was mid 190's.

Do you mind sharing what worked for you? It seems mine is doing the exact same thing after going to 2bar OLSD.
