Won't Connect.

So I just bought hptuners pro and got it today.

I installed the program, have the key on the on position, have the cable in the obd2, then into the mpvi pro box, then the cable from there into the usb part into my laptop.

The laptop does recognize all the drivers etc.

Anyways, when I hit connect it says

"The interface was found but no vehicle power was detected.
Verify cable is connected and the key is in the Run position.
Also make sure the diagnostic port has power and its fuse is good."

I know the obd2 port has power and the fuse is good because when I plug in my interceptor gauge, it works just fine.

Whats the issue? I tried deleting the suite file, but no luck.

well it's because my cig lighter fuse is blown. I have 2, my first one is blown but the one behind the shifter is not. Go figure lol. Now I just need to see where its at under the hood.
