Question Won't install on 2nd laptop

Why wont VCM Suite accept the app key on my 2nd laptop? I had the same problem when I installed it on my first laptop.

Likely you are entering the key incorrectly.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

I have just recently purchased the Ford HP Tuner Pro kit.
I was unable to sucessfully load my application key until i actually plugged the interface module into my laptop.
I didnt have the module connected to the car, i only had it connected to my laptop and it accepted the app. code straight away.
If you havent entered the app. key incorrectly try connecting the module.

Our software actually knows what key is meant for what serial number so even if you've never connected to your module the software should recognize the key & figure out what SN it belongs to and will designate this into your VCM Suite.cfg file. Once you've connected your interface you can ping it for your licenses but isn't necessary to get up and running right off the bat.

Copy and pasted the app. key from my e-mail, and connected the interface up like supercharged 88 said. Still nothing.

Make sure you've downloaded & installed the newest public version, if you are running an interface that starts with 106xxxxx or newer you NEED to run 2.22 or newer.
