I have a 2002 Pontiac Sunfire with 2.2 ecotec auto trans... I seen on the compatibility chart that you have it lists that is good for the sunfire from 97 -05 but does it make a difference on what engine is in the car.. it is stock from the factory that way but I know not many 02 sunfires have that engine...
