everything is plugged in correctly and made sure i uninstalled and reinstalledthe most up to date drivers multiple times. i tried 2 different computers and this is what im getting.

What software version are you running?

thats the thing. im trying to update from 106 to 112 on firmware and suite 2.22 for main software

Contact support with your serial number & that screenshot of the error and I'll have our hardware & software engineers review the information as I've never come across the F8 error in that situation.
