    strage throttle hang up!

I have the fast 90/90 set up. my car will act like the cruse is on and if you push the clutch in the RPMs will stay up and if i tap the throttle it will come down. did some logging and when ever i had the problem the TPS % would be 2-6% with my foot off the throttle. can not duplicate the high closed throttle TPS % with key on engine off only when engine is running. i can get it to hang up when running and if i push the throttle body closed it will idle down. is it possible the engine is sucking the throttle body open? any one else have this problem? do they make a stronger spring for the fast 90mm throttle body?

FAST throttle body? If so, that is your problem, POS. Get a stronger spring for it.

Hey I had the same problem with two of these both turned out to be bent shafts, you don't notice until disassembled with the shaft on a flat surface.
Only bent by about 1mm but enough for the shaft to rub on the throttle body housing making it stick with light throttle applications.

    Hope this helps.

Do you have a two piece throttle cable? Traction Control vehicles have them. Make sure the cable is adjusted correctly of you do.
