Sorry about yesterday. Wife said can't recall location of the phone when I got out of work. We still haven't found my cell. I'm at work tonight until 7:30PM (cold calling insurance prospects) YAYH! Still haven't had a chance to look over the tune on my home laptop.

11.5:1 at WOT is no biggy. In fact is okay just not the number we are COMMANDING. Much more liveable that 9:1 at WOT. You would be surprised what the factory actually has these cars COMMANDING from the factory. Honestly 11.5:1 is right around what they usually command in stock PE tables anyhow to save themselves from factory warranty issues. Now that you have things somewhat back in order do you see whats happening? Basically you have told your vehicle to hit a COMMANDED 12.5:1 ratio at WOT BUT based on other current setting your vehicle is over shooting this number...Leave the STOICH at 14.7 and never change it...your PE table to a COMMANDED 12.5:1 for now...and get to tuning you VE table. Now that you don't have a MAF and are running SD only your VE table is all that matters. I'm going to point you in the right direction. The instructions are literally IN the instructional section of the help manual that comes with Hp Tuners Editor. This is the part that alot of people don't know exists or never care to read. I myself was one. Could not believe I bypassed all that good info. before posting my first question but it happens frequently!

Stumble over here to the online version if you can't find what I'm talking about in the Editor...

BTW, 16:1 at idle and cruising is not going to kill your motor. 14.7:1 is the optimum AFR for vehicles with catalytic converters and emissions, but not necessarily for the engine efficiency. It also may make for a little less smooth idle but again, you're not going to hurt anything.
Next, there is always the possibility that your exhaust isn't 100% sealed up and you're getting outside air in there, skewing your #'s as well as the possiblility that your wideband isn't calibrated. Have you calibrated (or can you calibrate) your wideband? Maybe your narrow band 02's and your wideband just don't agree, causing this slightly lean reading.
