When they come on with the engine temp,they pulsate. They are fine when the a/c comes on. Any suggestions?

Is there anythinjg funny with the temperature settings,
like on and off temps the same? Always want a little
dead band.

What year pcm/ecm are you using? Are you trying to use a pwm signal to a relay with the setting at 1 or 2 (on a newer ecm)? If so, make sure you set it to 128Hz (the setting for discrete fans -- ie. on/off).
