    All sort of problems

    Hi

I'm having all sort of problems. I had to reimage my computer which included downloading the HP software again. After I downloaded it it's asking me for the key which I can't find. I have contacted the HP staff last Saturday through the main form on the website but I have not gotten a response since.

I also have the Racer Pro USB interface device that connects my computer to the car but I don't have the drivers for this either.

I then tried going back to the customer login and now my login for this wont work either. My serial is #1034598346

Is there anyone that can help me?

    Thanks

Your key can be found right on your customer login page at www.hptuners.com

The latest drivers can be found right in our help file http://www.hptuners.com/help/getting...stallation.htm

You can reset your login password so long as your email address is valid.

I followed the directions, and it's not finding the drivers on the CD. Is there any other way to get the drivers?

I'm using VCM Suite ID #A3322 Version 1.0.7. and I'm following the directions like indicated the installation page.

I did, it says The latest drivers can be found right in our help file http://www.hptuners.com/help/getting...stallation.htm but when I go there all I see is that it says to use the CD. When I follow the directions and have it point to the CD I do not see any drivers to select from.

For those machines that refuse to load the correct USB drivers here is what you can try to fix the issue:

Plug the MPVI interface in, go to the control panel, device drivers, expand the USB section.

The drivers should be on the CD or you can always download the latest drivers from here: www.hptuners.com/pub/HPT_MPVI_Drivers.zip.

    Steps:
    1. If FTDI A,B are seen and not HP Tuners MPVI Channel A, B, right click on FTDI A and uninstall. Do the same for FTDI B.
    2. Unplug the MPVI.
    3. Unzip the USB driver files (if you downloaded them).
    4. Plug the MPVI back in.
    5. This time when Windows finds a new device, manually select the drivers in the unzipped folder or CD.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
