Warranty Co Trying to Screw Us..Help

My brother has a 2004 Silverado under extended warranty that blew a water pump, overheated and now the coolant level keeps going away. It's not showing up in the oil.

The rep comes and says he sees no evidence of a leak or head cracked. Well you gotta drive it a while or take it off to prove it but it's a screwing as you can see.

Can I scan in a way that would show them on paper? I could then have them TechII it in a way he could see the proof?

    Thanks.

Has the cooling system been pressure tested? Has anyone put a block tester on the radiator filler neck to see if it is leaking combustion gas while running? These are some pretty standard tests to help determine internal coolant leakage or combustion leakage.

We will look into it thanks. It's loosing about 2 quarts over two days of errand running here and there.
All we know now is the adjuster had a look at it when we were not present.

    Thanks.

Would it show up looking at a spark plug?

How about fuel trims comparing one bank to the other.

This test you describe may not show a leak if it's easily being sucked into a cyl?

I believe they make test strips you can dip in the coolant that will tell you if you have combustion by-products on the coolant.

    Do a Google search.

Here is a pic of the plugs. Top is the left bank, bottom is the right bank.
    Look funny to you?
