    bought credits and still no email with new app. Key

    I purchased credits over 24 hours ago to tune a truck. It has always been a 3 minute wait then I have a email. I have always paid the same way through paypal. I have emailed sales twice with no response. You guys on vacation or whats the damn deal?

    Sent who a pm? Support hasn't received any reported credit emails from the email address in your forum profile in the last 24 hours from what I can see.
    It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

    I used the contact thingy on the website. Sent Jay a pm... I think that is his name.

    BTW I just checked your account and the credits are there, just login & request the application key.
