Ve tuning with Elect throttle...

Hi, i read somewhere that vehicles with an electronic throttle have problems running (or dont) with the maf sensor unplugged. I've looked and cannot find the post regarding this info. Any one help me on this? :-/

My V6 has Electronic Throttle Control and the car ran fine with the MAF unplugged. The only problem I had was that the car would not idle. However, I believe this was because there are vertually no idle controls that we can adjust on the V6. Hopefully, 2.0 will solve this for us V6ers.

Thanx. Youre right. Ive been running it all day with no problem. At first it wouldnt run, idle jumped all over the place and throttle input made no difference. Then i turned the ignition off and restarted and have had no problem.
