    newbi questions

    I am doing a engion conversion in my 85 toyota pickup.

    Heres what I have:
    1998 4.3 V6 with matching 4l60e tranny(originaly 2wd) with VSS
    added a toyota 4.7:1 transfere case after the VSS. I have the stock wireing harness and PCM.

    I want to get the PCM flashed so the motor/tranny will work like a stand alone system. I want to get the VATS flashed out and get rid of the BCM completely!!!

    The donor motor/tranny were 2wd. do I need to do anything special becouse I am making it 4wd? I have been told that a 2wd program will work fine, but I dont see how it will work good when I am in 4wd low.
