I just recently rebooted my computer and reinstalled my hp.. When I type in the application key that was givin on my last purchase of credits it accepted it, but is showing 0 credits... What do I do??

maybe you used them? go to your license screen under hrelp-license info to see how the credits were used

I did that and its showing them... But what its doing is when I connect with the car (which I have tuned before) it saying that I need credits and its showing that I have 0 total like I have never bought any at all..It makes no sense..
Contact support with a vcm suite infolog while connected to the vehicle and I'll take a look.
