    A/C bump torque spark

What does this do? I assume it increases or decreases timing with the A/C on. Has anyone turned this off with the A/C bump torque spark idle off as well? What effect did it have if you still have A/C in your car. I zeroed my retard vs % torque reduction table under torque managment and my idle hunts while the A/C is on, so I assume this A/C bump torque spark referenced that table. I would like to keep my retard vs % torque reduction table zerod if possible.

If your car is a daily driver, I would be very careful with the torque management tables. Torque management seems to be a very important piece of the tuning equation that no one publicly admits to totally understanding. I have heard many horror stories of people wrecking their cars because torque management was modified by someone that didn't understand it.

    Re: A/C bump torque spark

I've been running around like that for a few months now and don't see how it could wreck the car. Last night I did some testing and the only way the idle would be normal with the AC running was to return the retard vs % torque reduction and the other table which is the inverse of it back to stock. I disabled the AC bump torque and AC bump torque idle and that didn't do anything with TM disabled. So I guess other operations need those TM tables.
