    How do I not log decel

    When I let off the gas it obviosuly goes very lean, how do I make it not log when I let off the gas? Or is there some other work around to do what I wanna do?

    at least you didnt do

    --[sens.90] (c++ reference)

    I got rid of it by telling it to filter stuff out if my wideband says >17.5 since with an automatic, if you release the gas pedal, tps is still 7-10%

    I think you meant :
    #include int main() { std::cout << "Hello World!" << endl; return 0; }

    I always throw in a std::cin.get() in there to pause it so it doesnt exit after outputting...

    You could just disable DFCO in the tune, which is recommended when logging data for VE and MAF tuning.

    What is the goal do you have, or what is it you are trying to do, that DFCO is stopping you from doing?

    It shouldn't spike lean when you let off the gas. Sounds like you have either some injector settings off, transient settings off or need to disable some fuel cut parameters.

    Do you have a log of this lean spike, Brian? I think I saw where you posted your tune in another thread, is this the 1999 Camaro LS7 car? Can you post your tune and a log of the lean spike happening? As you know a tune and log is worth 1000000000000000000000000000 words. Also, it wouldn't hurt to let us know what config you were using and post it as well if its not one that came with HPTuners.

    ill get a log.... sure. on a side note, it sure is hard to street tune a ls7 thats sposed to be making 650 hp... gotta do fucking 5th gear pulls just to get any decent data...

    No, and I wouldn't be doing 5th gear pulls either. Shitty tires? I don't recommend that as you will probably be much leaner in the lower gears. I just tuned one a couple weeks back that made 640 HP and we were able to do 2nd and 3rd gear pulls. Tell the guy to put a good tire on it lol

    If you don't log a lot of useless stuff and make a couple pulls, it is good info.

    I assume this is an LS7 in something other than a Z06 since it has 255s on it lol
