    support

    how long does it usually take to get a response from support about the 2.23 version? i need to do a couple of 2010 camaros and think i need the new version to do it

    Will the newer beta be available on everyones customer portal that currently has beta? Or do we need to make another request to get the updated Beta?

    I had emailed support about an issue i have opening files on a window 7 loaded laptop. Those same files are working fine and will open with xp and vista. I have reinstalled the program and even tried to use a beta, still I get the following message.

    Unable to open file

    string was not recognized as a valid Datetime

    I havent gotten any replies thought. Would you be able to give me a fix for this problem?

    I have this posted up under v6 tuning, but I have a friend that has a 2008 silverado 4.3 v6 auto, when will there be support for this application? I have a 2.23 beta version right now, FYI.
    2004 Sierra, 5.3L, K&N, TB Bypass, HP Tuners, FLT 4l80/Yank PT3200/SE Conversion, Dynatech LT's, LS1 Fans, 3:73's, HID's in Headlights/Fogs, 22" Velocity Wheels.

    I requested to get the Beta version on Monday, and sent my serial number.

    Is there something else I need to do?
