    Can't Upload Tune

I've had my tuner for over 3 weeks and haven't been able to upload anything. Support said they new about the problem but didn't know when they would get to fixing it. Does anyone else have this problem and/or know when it will be fixed?

Need more info. "It doesn't work" doesn't explain much unfortunately.

I'm looking for someone who knows about when the problem might be fixed. It's a problem that many have experienced- It just doesn't upload. After clicking the upload button the page times-out.

Sounds like you answered your own question

Are you talking about a forum issue or a tuning/scanning product issue? I haven't uploaded a .hpt file, but I have uploaded a .hpl and a .cfg to the forum without any trouble.

It's a forum upload issue. I can't upload any file type. Support said they didn't know when it would be fixed- I'm trying to find this out.

In the mean time, you could use a file hosting service like dropbox to host the files elsewhere and then just provide links to the files on the forum when asking for help.

Hopefully they get that resolved quickly.

Still don't know when it will be fixed as we aren't positive what the issue is and its a low priority at this time.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

I wish it wasn't "low priority"- It isn't to me.

Our software is our priority, the website will always play second fiddle

I can't use your software to its full potential without a little forum support. If the HP Tuners team really knew what they were doing, a little upload fix shouldn't be a problem.

If its a server problem like we think it is then we need to replace the server, again, not a high priority.

Most ISP's provide you with some amount of webspace to post things(mine gives me 25gb of space) so you might want to look into that temporarily.
